NIK HARRISON

Nik runs Truth Recordings, a concert recording and photography service primarily servicing choirs, music events and recording artists. Nik records concerts with a Nagra VI location recorder and selection of DPA microphones. Photography equipment includes Canon 5dmkii and 7D cameras with a selection of L series lenses and portable studio lighting.
Current and recent projects include:
· Photography at WOMADelaide 2011 and 2012 for ABC Radio National
· Recordings of The Star Chorale and Orchestra, Choristry, The Womens Elation Choir (2011) and Melbourne Town Hall organ (played by Bart Willoughby)
· Production of music recordings representing 26 countries for the Sound Infusion Project, a flash based edutainment music sequencing application
· Recording, production and mastering CDs for Indian musician Dya Singh (2010/2011)
· Soundscape compositions produced for both the Australian pavilion at the Shanghai World Expo and the 63rd annual United Nations Department of Public Information/Non-Governmental Organization conference
· Six weeks recording cultural performances and studio musicians through Nepal and India (2010)
